All the suite are the same big (around 45 q.m) and consists of 1 separate double bed bedroom, open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony or veranda depending the floor. The only that changes is the architecture plan and the decoration. Each suite can accommodate maximum 4 persons. The owners, with special interest in nature and minimality, used a selection of natural materials, such as stone and mat, to maintain balance with the environment and create a romantic atmosphere in the villas. All comforts necessary to make your vacations relaxing and enjoyable are provided.

Kleopatra Villas is a newly built complex (since 2011) that consists of 5 individual villas in a 4 acres land which is located just in front of Kolios beach of Skiathos island. Kolios is a beautiful settlement, just in the middle of the island. It lies just 6 km from Skiathos Town and 6 km from the famous and cosmopolitan beach of Koukounaries.
Kleopatra Villas is an ideal choice for families with young kids as well as for elderly people whose priority is to have direct access to the beach without any need of using car. Also couples and friends that looking for relaxing and calmness can enjoy our place. Our purpose is to provide all the amenities and the privacy to people that love the sea and the nature and want to explore the hidden beauty of the island of Papadiamantis and its traditions.
The way that Kleopatra Villas is built is ideal for hosting your wedding’s guests as it is like a small neighborhood where the families of the bride and the groom as well as their friends can be hosted (maximum 34 people). The places ensures being with all your beloved ones enjoying at the same time your privacy as the suites are absolutely independent. In case of being more than 34 people though, some of your guests can stay at our other accommodation www.skiathos-apartments.gr which is just next to Kleopatra Villas and in front of Kolios beach too. The two accommodations have a interconnection between them.
From Kolios beach the couple and their guests can rent a boat to reach any church that might select to make their wedding ceremony even it is Ag.Ioannis at Skopelos island or Agios Floros church which is at Tsougrias island (a small island 10 minutes by boat from Kolios beach) or anywhere else! In case though that the couple prefers to make the ceremony at Skiathos island there are plenty of choices as the island is full of small churches all around. In addition there is also the choice to make a civil marriage something that you can arrange quite easy with Skiathos municipality!

Area Information
Kolios is the ideal starting point to explore the island of Skiathos, either by your own car or by bus, as bus stop n.14 is right outside our accommodation. For the lovers of hiking, there are numerous paths leading to beautiful, small beaches.
The beach of Kolios is full of pine trees that reach the turquoise waters, creating idyllic pictures. It is an organized beach with all the amenities to enjoy your favorite water sport. Along the coastline you can find various taverns, restaurants, bars and super markets that will make your stay in the island easier.
Travel Information
Kleopatra villas is situated just in front of Kolios beach. It is around 6 km away from the city of Skiathos and almost 7 km from the airport.
From Kolios you can easily travel around the island by car, bus (the bus stop n.14 is just outside our door), or on foot if you follow the numerous paths that lead to the inner part of the island or the magnificent isolated beaches.
Market and restaurants can be found in a walking distance.
Kolios beach is an organised beach which provides sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. On the beach you can find a traditional restaurant with fresh fish and meat which is open all day to serve all your needs. The bay is ideal for hosting your boat.

The villa was cleaned regularly and the the whole complex was very well kept. Kleopatra recommended some nearby restaurants and things to do. The friendly owner speaks very good English and was always on hand to answer questions and provide help. The villas are really close to Kolios beach and there is easy access to frequent buses for those without cars so getting around the island was easy. There is ample parking on site for those with cars. There are some nice tavernas within easy walking distance if you want to dine out. We were delighted with Kleopatra Villas and would definitely be happy to stay there again. | 5 |

Still, after 3 days we decided to take a car as we wanted to explore a bit the island. The car we got via Kleopatra was much cheaper than the options I found at airport & internet. Value for money for accommodation was good, however overall infrastructure (restaurants & supermarkets) was quite expensive, still, absolutely to recommend to families and couples looking for quiet & relaxing holiday. | 5 |
